Vlad Ciolan is a pastor, speaker and church consultant based in Bromley, London, where he serves at Vision Church. He has a deep love for the local church and a conviction that the gospel is meant to be lived out in ordinary, everyday life.

Much of Vlad's teaching centres on prayer, faithfulness, and what it means to keep walking with God in the middle of a busy life — themes he explores in his devotional Daily Growth and in sermon series such as The Lord's Prayer and I Will Build My Church. He writes and speaks to help people move from simply knowing about God to genuinely growing in love with him.

He is also passionate about helping small churches reach their communities in a screen-shaped world. Through his Digital Evangelism & Outreach work, he equips congregations with limited budgets to share the good news where their neighbours already are — online, locally, and faithfully.
