What it is
Sometimes a church just needs a fresh pair of eyes.
Leading a church is one of the most demanding callings there is. It's easy to be so close to the work that the real issues — and the real opportunities — become hard to see.
I come alongside pastors and leadership teams as a trusted, honest friend from outside: someone to help you understand where your church really is, name what's holding it back, and find a clear, prayerful way forward.
It's not a programme to install or a report to file on a shelf. It's a relationship — built on prayer, honesty, and a shared love for the local church.
The goal isn't a bigger church. It's a healthier one — faithful, clear, and alive to its mission.

- A short, focused engagement (around 3–4 sessions over a few weeks).

- What's involved
- A full, honest assessment — confidential conversations with you, with the board or elders, and with members; reading where the church is in its life-cycle; and surfacing the real concerns and the obstacles that hold churches back (change, criticism, comfort, expectations).

- An honest church-health review and a prioritised, prayerful action plan — a clear answer to “where do we start?”
- Format
- A deeper engagement: an assessment phase, then a findings meeting with you and your board.
Momentum & Mission

- What's involved
- Hands-on help building the systems that create healthy growth — welcome and assimilation (guest → belonging → membership), ministry planning, developing and training leaders and teams, and reaching your community.

- Working systems, and a team equipped and confident to run them.
- Format
- Ongoing coaching across a season (for example, monthly).
