I want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel and return physical products, in line with UK consumer law. It applies alongside my Terms & Conditions.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, just email hello@vladciolan.com with your order details.
Returning an item
After telling me you wish to cancel, please return the item within 14 days. It should be in its original, resaleable condition. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Please obtain proof of postage, as items are your responsibility until they reach me.
Your refund
Once your return is received (or you provide proof of postage), I will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to order. This includes the standard delivery cost; any extra you paid for faster delivery may not be refundable.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email me within a reasonable time and I'll put it right — a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Free digital resources
Free downloads (such as the Masterpiece workbook and the prayer booklet) are provided at no cost, so no payment or refund applies.
Bulk & group orders
Bulk or group orders arranged directly with me may have their own agreed terms, which I'll confirm with you before you pay.
